History of the Helping Hands Fund- This fund was the innovation of Captain Paul Dyrstad who was a long time club member and lived in Stewartville before moving to South Dakota. He was also a long time DNR officer. He wanted to start this fund to help the Sportsman's Club to be able to help our local families in time of need.

- Provide Direct Financial Assistance We are committed to helping residents in need of essential needs—such as food, and utilities—by offering timely, compassionate financial aid during times of hardship.
- Foster Community Engagement By partnering with local organizations, volunteers, and donors, we aim to create a strong, connected network that supports and uplifts neighbors across Stewartville.
- Ensure Responsible Stewardship Transparency and integrity guide all that we do. We prioritize accountability in managing funds and resources, ensuring every contribution makes a meaningful impact.
